The reality is that majority of the people you recruit (no matter what kind of a "program" it is) will not do anything (or very, very little). I've seen it myself and I've seen others report the same. It's the classic 80/20 rule - a small number of your referrals will be "bringing home the bacon" :) Nice. That’s pretty good.
