Tuesday I had a lab. Wednesday I had an exam bright and early at 8am. Thursday I had an exam at 9:30am and then another one at 6:30. Friday I will have another lab at 8am followed by another exam at 11. Oh, and I got my Trek Credit Card statement today. I decided to do 3 months no interest, so it has not accrued any additional charges, but just seeing how much I owe for the bike I use to commute around on campus makes me feel depressed. So, Im going to wrap this up and try to go study in the library for about an hour until my exam starts.

If they help you get to the level they are, they have to divide their income in half to accommodate for the saturation in the market. Well, there is one webmaster who is not afraid to help others. It would be important because it would give me a lot of experience in internet marketing. I would be able to network with other people who are doing the exact same thing I am doing. And of course, there is plenty of free shwag being handed out at those sort of events. The pass he is giving is for the one in Las Vegas. I have always heard that LV is a place everyone should go to at least once. Also, by february I will be 21 which means I could go into the casinos and try my luck at some of the tables.

I use facebook to keep in touch with my friends who go to different colleges and usually in the news feed, at least once a week there will be a new group created by someone who has lost their phone/ their phone got wet/ got a new phone/ got stolen/ died/ blah blah/ eaten by their dog….and they need your digits. Well, here is a simple thing you can do to make sure that group is never created again. Back your cell phone numbers the F up. Open excel and start typing in name and number. Yes it is going to take you a while, but it is also going to take a while to ask everyone for their fing number and you will most likely forget some people and never get their number again. So, after only 6 weeks of dating they get married. For their honeymoon they go down to Cabo. On the first few days there, Ben’s new wife gets horribly sun burned. Not only that, but she is also letting him in on some secrets she has not been telling him. He realizes, this is not the same woman he thought he loved. So, while she is stuck in the room, Ben is on his own at the resort. He meets another woman one night and they start spending more and more time together. Ben starts to fall in love with this new woman.I really enjoyed this movie and judging by the reaction from the rest of the theater they enjoyed it too. I think we received the unedited uncut version of the film. It was about 2 hours long and there were some parts that I think will be cut before it is released. It really was a funny movie. There were plenty of funny one liners in it. Guys and girls were laughing so it isnt just one of those guy movies that girls shake their heads at. However, it is similar to the other work that Stiller has done so if you dont really like that, then you may not like this.I may have to make a post of movies I want to see similar to like what David Lithman did, there should be some good ones coming out pretty soon. Maybe when I find more time. I need to get to bed. But, go see the movie you should enjoy it.

Tonight is a big night for #11 USC. They will be taking on the undefeated #8 Ranked Kentucky Wildcats. Some analysts have dubbed this as the most important game of the SEC this year. Im sure my friend David Lithman thinks that this weekends matchup of #9Florida and #1LSU is going to be a better game. Maybe I should have asked David which game he thought would be more entertaining and who he thought the winners of each game would be. True, this weekend Florida game will be exciting, however, if Florida had not lost to Auburn last weekend, there would have been whole lot more hype behind it. Imagine that #1 LSU 5-0 vs #3 Florida 5-0. That would have possibly been the game of the year in all of college football, not just the SEC.But back to USC. Tonights game is going to be televised on ESPN. Im sure it is going to be a sellout crowd, which means 80K plus fans packed into the stadium, its a Thursday night so no one is going to their early classes tomorrow. (im not even going to my evening class tonight). Im sure some students will have already started their weekend around 5 oclock…The atmosphere is going to be amazing. I just hope it doesnt rain. The past few days have been overcast with scattered showers.

This game is pretty exciting for my family because all of my mom’s relatives live in Kentucky and many of them went to UK. She herself went to UK. I have always been a UK fan because lets face it, USC hasnt done much in college athletics over the past decade in basketball and football. Meanwhile, UK won several conference and national championships. But, now that I am a Gamecock, it is an obligation that I cheer for them. If I am going to pay tuition for them, I want a few wins. So, im sure all of my cousins are going to be watching it. I hope USC wins, otherwise Christmas break in Kentucky is going to be miserable.

Look for me in the student section. Ill be surrounded by all of the other students wearing garnet and black.

Like everyone else, I have now jumped on the WidgetBucks Bandwagon. Why? Why not? I dont use Adsense, Yahoo Publisher Network really isnt that great for my sites, I tried Chitika and it did terrible, why not give this PPC network a chance? What do I have to lose?

I am looking forward to the low payout of this program. Now I dont have to wait 2 or 3 months to reach $100 before I get my money, I only have to get $50, im sure I can do that every month (hopefully several times over). The Widget offers a few sizes. The ones you would expect from an ad, Skyscraper, Rectangle, Full Banner, Leaderboard. And then a custom one of 660×330. I guess that is if you plan on centering the entire site around those ads alone, which actually may not be too mad of an idea. You could pop up a quick niche site and just put up a header, an article and then an ad…(lightbulbs going on).

There are several people who have already made posts about the widgetbucks so chances are if you are reading this you have already read it somewhere else. But, to see what they look like, click on this post title to take you to that page, or look on the right sidebar and have a gander. So far, I have made a decent amount per click. My eCPm is pretty high also, so, if you dont get too much traffic maybe you should give it a try. I think WB states that some people are getting $3-6 dollars eCPM right now which is pretty good.
The only beef I have with it is that the revenue is delayed by a few days. I am the kind of person who wants stats one second after they happen. I think the refresh button on my browser is worn down because of it. I think I need to replace it. Today is really frustrating because I cant see how many impressions and clicks I have gotten today. I know I have had people visit my sites. I hope they fix it soon.

The control panel for WidgetBucks needs to be updated. It shows the breakdown per widget but does not give you a running total of everything combined. I would like for them to show “$XXX this pay period”. Im sure they will have that taken care of by the end of the month. It seems as if they are still making a lot of changes to it.

Well, not really. I just wanted a headline that would grab some attention…did it work?

Apparently this week is bicycle awareness week at USC. I find this weird. I have never heard of having one of these my previous two years going to this school, and as one of about 10 people that actually ride bicycles for means other than transportation at the University I find it hard to believe that I was out of the loop on this. They even ran an article in the Gamecock newspaper. I find it amusing that they even have one of these “awareness weeks”. Never has there been any awareness for riders. There is one street on campus with bicycle lanes and it is about a third of a mile long, and the only reason they did that was probably because the street was being repaved for irrigation problems and they had to widen the street anyway. I also chuckle that they decided to make it this week which is our Fall Break, so instead of having the full 5 days to devote to this event, we only have 3 days. In the Gamecock that was given out monday, it said the main event for “Bike Week” will be the breakfast ride around campus on tuesday. However, no time is listed, nor is there a meeting place. They give a map with the route but no start/stop. So, I guess cyclists are just supposed to get up early and ride the route until they see someone who looks like they are in charge? Is the breakfast free? How long is it? Do we eat while we ride? What if I want cereal? Do I try to eat that on the bike?

Im glad they are taking steps to making Columbia and USC more bicycle friendly, but maybe they should do a better job of getting the word out next time. And try to schedule it during a real week, they will probably put it on exam week next year, when everyone is studying in the library…

WidgetBucks Updates.
WidgetBucks has been exploding all over the internet this past week. On their website they say that there have been over 5000 sign ups in that week and over 25 million page impressions. I think that is pretty good for a company that basically came out of nowhere. That says that there are a lot of people that are willing to risk their ad space with a company that hasnt paid a single affiliate. Im sure once it does send out its first checks it will become even more popular.
I read their blog and check a few times a day to see if there are any updates. They have made a few in the past couple of days. They have updated the clicks and impressions to real time. Now you dont have to wait 2-3 days to see your revenue. They list it but not that it is not final because it is subject to an audit. I just wish they would hurry up with the new control panel. Right now it lists all the widgets and their revenue separately, I want them to list the total revenue as well so I dont have to take out a calculator every time.

TTZ Media Invites New Affiliates

TTZ Media is the company of John Chow, for a long time it was very selective of whom it would allow into its affiliate program. It was basically invite only. You needed a lot of page views, content, quality, and several other qualifications. Now, it is opened to “a limited number of new affiliates” These qualifications are much lower, but you still need a decent site to get in. I myself signed up for it and was accepted. Since I have been reading his posts I wanted to be in his program because I saw how successful he was and figured if I was on his team how could I lose? So, I may give TTZ a chance as well, its always good to diversify. I think one of the main reasons for him opening it up to more people is because of all of the publicity that WidgetBucks is getting. His TTZ media ads are almost identical to those. I think for right now, I will concentrate on WidgetBucks and once that is all set up and on autopilot I will work with TTZ.
Zac Gives Back Again

Many people who make a decent living online will say that CPA is the way to go. Well, if you have tried it before you know it can be difficult. You also know that it is hard to get reliable information. There are plenty of people who are willing to “help” for a price, but then once you buy their eBook you are no closer to making money and are out about 50 bucks. However, coming next week, zac will be offering a series of posts on CPA. He will also show you how he went from basically $0 a month in March to over $10,000 a month August. I myself have tried CPA and the most revenue I made was about $1000 and only about half of that was profit. So be on the lookout for that. Zac Johnson Teaches PPC Affiliate Marketing

Well, thats about it for now, its my Fall break so, Im either going to be busy sleeping or working. I may post some new screenshots of my WB just to show how the CP updates and how my stats are. Maybe it will entice some people to sign up under me and I can get a referral bonus .

WidgetBucks have released the update that now displays the total revenue. It was about time they did this. That was one of my main complaints about the new company. Whenever I wanted to see how much money I had made I was forced to open up calculator and manually punch it in, and as you can see I have quite a few widgets so it was getting old fast. I am not sure if referral income is added in there or not because no one has signed up under my link. I guess its not big deal. Be on the lookout for more WB updates as they come in.
