"They'll ask me what wheels I want, and I say, 'Just wheels which dont touch the brake pads - thats good enough for me.' Im easy to please. Im not complicated. I dont want any special skinsuits or anything; just push the pedals harder - that works."

"So in the morning, Bobby (Julich) starts doing work on his Swiss ball again, while i'll be talking to my wife on the phone.  And then I'll be like, 'Shit! we've got five minutes!' And I still need to brush my teeth, jump on my suitcase to close it, stick my numbers on...All my team-mates are sitting on the bus saying 'wheres Jens?' I just rush and come running after the bus, and normally arrive just in time."
